Internships and Apprenticeships
The Hangar Theatre offers hands on production internships and apprenticeships in all areas of technical theatre. The Internships are designed for college students who have little or no professional experience but have worked on numerous productions at their college or university or for those students looking to build on and expand their resumes in a particular area prior to working professionally or attending grad school. There are two levels of Apprenticeship, one for college freshman (Technical Apprenticeships) and the other for middle and high school students (Production Apprenticeships). The Technical Apprenticeships are designed for the college freshman with no professional experience and may have worked on only a couple of college productions so far. The Production Apprenticeships are for local middle and high school students.
