Straight Talk about the Wedge: How could you possibly create theatre in a triangle?? It’s possible, and it challenges you as an artist to make choices you would never make in a conventional space. The Wedge has nine entrances and exits, and sports a second level balcony around two sides, and 25 flexible seats. Eight plays in ten weeks!! Two plays are produced at a time in repertory. Four of the eight plays are new plays, and the playwright is in residence. The other four plays are chosen by the DL directors. This is the space where the Lab can really test its wings! Back
